Autumnal Update
Well, summer has officially come and gone. I tried my best.
The good news is that the book is going really well. It's considerably longer than I planned and this rewrite- yes, I have been essentially rewriting the entire book- has revealed hidden depths to the story that are coming together beautifully.
So when is the release date? I'm still aiming for this year, for both versions. The big hold up with the print version of Tale of the Moone was artwork, and although I wou

The One Year Thirst
Happy one year anniversary to Thirst! Now available for the new low price of only $0.99!
At the time I wrote Thirst, I simply didn't write short stories. I enjoyed developing long involving plots and stories, and couldn't imagine putting together a complete and coherent story with so few words.
Now I write them all the time, and in many ways enjoy writing short stories more than novels. They can be very quick and to the point, and written much more quickly.
I have been
Summer Update
-I'm still working on The Eightfold Lairs of Xillenthia. Progress is steady, and I'm still aiming for a summer release. -Tale of the Moone and Thirst should be available on the Nook from Barnes & Noble mid-July! I'm not as familiar with this platform, but if I can do promotions and giveaways, I will. #writing
Busy, busy
Busy, busy. I was stuck for a little while, but now I'm trundling away nicely. The Eightfold Lairs of Xillenthia looks like it will be at least twice the length of Tale of the Moone, so I still have a long way to go. I'm aiming for a summer release. Hopefully I can stay on track, so keep your fingers crossed! #writing #theeightfoldlairsofxillenthia

RPG Writer
So last year, I revealed my plan to release my works more or less in the order I wrote them. Well, this is the more or less part- The Eightfold Lairs of Xillenthia is not my second full-length work, but my third. But what is the second, you may be asking? A video game. Yes, I completely wrote and programmed an entire game using the awesome tool that is RPG Maker. As any fan can tell you, RPG video games are more story than game, a unique blend somewhere in the middle of boo..
When the muse calls, you have to answer...
I had a great vivid dream the other night, which is demanding to be turned into a short story. Usually when I'm editing, all other writing works are put aside, but as the title says-
It's somewhat rare for me to have dreams like these. Usually I get great little snippets which I try to include in my work, as these scenes or characters are truly gifts. A couple times I've turned them into complete short stories, but only twice was I gifted with an entire story while slumberi
Winter Update
I'm currently hard at work on The Eightfold Lairs of Xillenthia (shall we call it TELoX? I know the title is a bit of a mouthful) and am having a blast. This book remains one of my favorites, and unlike Tale of the Moone, which was worked on and updated continuously since I wrote it, this one hasn't been touched since I finished it. #theeightfoldlairsofxillenthia #writing
Sword and Sorceress
Stayed up way too late last night to finish editing my latest short story to send in for the annual Sword and Sorceress. I try to send something in every year, as the editor is very nice and always says good things about my work. Always good to get professional praise! However, they've never actually published anything of mine since my work really isn't sword and sorcery. It's difficult to fit most of my writing into one little genre category, and this has plagued my submissi
My Sixth Book
Finished writing another book last night. I was blocked on it for a few months, then last week I just couldn't put it down. #writing
Busy, busy
Writing, writing, writing. I wrote about twenty pages this week! #writing
